I always say to my clients that I have spent half my life being a mortgage broker: over 20 years in the financial services industry. Starting at Leeds Building Society and then working for a number of leading estate agents means that I’ve experienced the job in all its facets, and getting to know my clients and helping them is the best part of what I do.

Whether it be mortgages or protection, I’ve learned that establishing a strong relationship is built on clear communication and understanding. Listening to what people want and helping them find what fits their needs creates an invaluable feeling of security for both of us.
